We are excited to introduce a major upgrade to our online and mobile banking platform. Scheduled to launch in early October, this enhancement is the result of a year-long search to identify what we believe is the best digital banking experience available today.
The new FM BANK digital banking platform will offer many new features, including interactive budgeting and spending tools, built-in chat, and next-generation, real-time fraud detection capabilities. Whether you have a single checking account or manage the finances of a complex business or municipality, we are confident you will discover new tools and features that make banking easier, safer, and more convenient.
To bring this new experience to you, we must perform a software conversion beginning on Thursday, October 8, at 3:00 PM and ending Tuesday, October 13, at 8:00 AM. A calendar follows that includes all the key times, dates and recommendations to help you navigate through this conversion. Events and recommendations in blue are specifically for our business customers who perform functions like ACH origination, Intuit downloads, wires, positive pay, etc. Many of you can quickly pass over that information. And remember, we are only a phone call away if you need any assistance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Your account numbers will not change, so there is no need to order new check blanks or other account forms.
- ATM and debit cards can continue to be used without interruption.
- Direct deposits and automatic payments on your account will continue without interruption.
We look forward to bringing you these new digital banking features. Thank you for your continued trust in FM BANK!
